Also, she has excellent academic records and is a commerce graduate from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University. Ms Divya specialises in the field of Indirect Taxation, Financial Reporting, Corporate and allied law advisory services. She looks after Tax, Statutory and Concurrent Audits and Business Advisory. She is well versed with the compliance skills of various laws such as Direct and Indirect Tax, Company law and allied matters.

Post qualification, she started her individual practice for a short tenure where she assisted clients in GST transition, suggesting legal structure of business transactions and its taxability, MIS preparation, Direct Taxation matters and Management Consultancy. She was also the Managing Partner in M/s DNSR & Associates. She has completed her articleship from M/s Shwetabh & Associates, Chartered Accountants. During her overall experience, she has gained experience in various fields such as Direct & Indirect Taxation, Auditing and related assignments. She has the experience of conducting statutory and concurrent audits of various government and non- government entities. She also assists in representations & litigation support including Assessments, appeals.
